The 50% balance is due to be paid in full upon check in at the resort.
REBOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

No Show: In the event of a no show, any advance payment will not be refunded and any booking made through Agoda or other platforms will be processed in full without refund.

Rebooking: Rebooking will incur a 10% system rebooking charge. Rebooking less than 1 week prior to the original booking will be charged 20% of the booking.

Cancellation of three (3) weeks up to one (1) week prior to the original booking will be charged 50% of the booking. The remaining 50% will be reimbursed.

Cancellation of less than 1 week and during peak season (holy week and month of December) will be charged 80% of the booking. The remaining 20% will be reimbursed.
